A fitter life: making delish smoothies and juice

It has almost been a month since the new year is in. One of your new year resolutions was probably to follow a healthier lifestyle. If it wasn’t, it might be a good idea to add that one to the list.

I am not going to lie. I am not a health freak, not by a long shot. But since I am planning on annoying people for as many years as I possibly can, I have turned to a more consious way of life. That includes doing more cardio and fitness excersises, eating more consicously, keeping bad habbits at bay and trying to do more of what makes me happy. Cause happiness is health.
